Built on Character.
Delivered with Discipline.
Tekton is a disciplined general contracting platform built for developers and capital partners who demand reliable execution — not just competitive bids.
Completed Construction Value
Homes Built Among Leadership
We protect every project — balancing schedule, capital, and quality to deliver construction that performs from groundbreak through closeout.
From feasibility to final punch — Tekton brings the same discipline to every phase of every project we deliver.
Faith-Shaped Culture, Market-Tested Results
Tekton's culture is grounded in Judeo-Christian values — a commitment to integrity, servant leadership, and stewardship that shapes how we treat our teams, our partners, and our clients. We believe that doing the right thing and delivering excellent work are not competing priorities. They reinforce each other.
Tekton comes from the Greek word for master craftsman — the same word used in the ancient world to describe those who built with their hands, their minds, and their character. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We are a general contracting company operating in the Treasure Valley and expanding across the interior western United States. We work with developers, capital partners, and project sponsors who want a contractor that shows up with the same discipline on day one that they bring to day three hundred.
Our operating model is built around predictable outcomes: defined production capacity, transparent cost governance, and a leadership team that communicates proactively — before problems become surprises. We do not pursue volume for its own sake. We pursue the right projects, for the right partners, executed the right way.
Tekton's operational footprint is centered in the Boise metropolitan corridor and surrounding Treasure Valley communities — one of the fastest-growing regions in the western United States. We are actively expanding into Arizona, with a strategic focus on the interior western markets where population growth, employment diversification, and infrastructure demand create durable construction opportunity.
We treat every opportunity, resource, and relationship as something entrusted to us. We manage them with humility, wisdom, and accountability.
We honor our commitments, communicate transparently, and make decisions based on what is right — not what is convenient.
We pursue mastery in our work, striving to deliver every project safely, predictably, and with disciplined attention to detail.
We lead by serving — supporting our teams, respecting our partners, and contributing positively to the communities in which we build.

Tekton comes from the Greek word for master craftsman — the biblical term for one who builds with skill, integrity, and intentionality. It reflects how we approach every project: with craftsmanship, discipline, and a commitment to doing the work well.
Our primary footprint is in the Treasure Valley region of Idaho — the Boise metropolitan corridor and surrounding communities. We are actively expanding into Arizona and have a broader strategic focus on the interior western United States, including select Rocky Mountain markets.
We focus on mid-scale multifamily, commercial, and development-aligned projects. Our production model is optimized for projects where leadership accessibility, schedule reliability, and transparent cost management are priorities. We work across residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors.
Tekton currently maintains approximately $20 million in contracted construction volume with an active pipeline approaching $100 million. Each of our production units — a project manager and superintendent pair supported by project engineering and administrative resources — is capable of managing approximately $30 million in annual project volume.
