Brian Anderson

Brian Anderson brings over 25 years of construction management experience to Tekton Contractors. As the Director of Operations, Brian is primarily responsible for all financial, contractual, and site operational oversight for the projects. This includes staffing, scheduling, project reporting, close-out, quality control, safety, and training.

Brian’s career has been shaped by a conviction that disciplined operations — not just talented people — are what produce consistent project outcomes. He has built and refined the internal controls, reporting frameworks, and field coordination protocols that give Tekton the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects without losing visibility or accountability at the site level.

His financial fluency is a particular asset in Tekton’s developer-focused model. Brian understands the relationship between construction billing, draw schedules, and capital deployment — and he structures project reporting to give owners and lenders the clarity they need at every stage.
