Residential community development requires a builder who understands both the construction execution and the development economics behind it. Tekton's leadership team brings direct experience in land development, entitlements, homebuilding operations, and large-scale subdivision delivery — giving us a perspective that most general contractors can't offer.
We have managed high-volume single-family programs, townhome and attached product, and large master-planned communities across the Western United States. Our operational leadership has overseen the delivery of more than 20,000 homes, and our current development pipeline includes active projects in Idaho and Arizona ranging from small infill communities to 1,200-lot master-planned subdivisions.
