The Vineyard Apartments project in Palm Desert required our team to deliver multiple building types — residential units, resort amenity facilities, and retail space — under a single construction contract with a unified schedule.
Coordinating these scopes efficiently requires more than standard multifamily delivery capability. Amenity buildings have their own structural, mechanical, and finish requirements; retail space must be built to shell condition with flexibility for future tenant builds; and the residential units themselves must meet the design and quality standards that drive lease-up performance.
